Pleasant Valley Country Club Wedding

As Michelle Carpenter Photography (Myself and Hailey) stepped onto the grounds of the Pleasant Valley Country Club in Sutton, MA, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of enchantment in the air. Snowflakes gently fell around me, Brittney had hoped for snow on her wedding day …in fact I even bought a snow machine to make her dreams of snowy wedding images a reality. Mother nature decided she wanted to add her magical touch and I was thrilled she blessed us with her winter touch

Brittney and Kevin’s first look was like something out of a fairy tale – the soft snowflakes creating a dreamy backdrop as they locked eyes for the first time on their special day. It was exactly the scene Brittney had hoped for, and I was determined to capture every fleeting moment of their joy and excitement. They decided to to say their vows at the first look. With long lens to capture their proclamations of ever lasting love and support of each other I fought back the tears of happiness for them as Brittney started to cry and Kevin wiped his bride’s tears. (Hallmark would be jealous)

Despite the whirlwind nature of their four-month wedding planning journey, Brittney and Kevin’s celebration was nothing short of spectacular. Every detail was carefully curated, from the music provided by DJ Bob Carpenter to the heartwarming presence of their beloved dog, Watson, who stole the show as the Best Dog. It was evident that their love story had touched the hearts of many, as they were referred to me by Marissa & Mike, whose wedding I had the pleasure of capturing back in August 2019. I snapped away, immortalizing each precious moment, I couldn’t help but feel a deep sense of gratitude to be a part of such a beautiful day. Brittney and Kevin’s love radiated warmth even in the midst of the winter chill, and it was truly an honor to document their love story against the backdrop of Pleasant Valley Country Club.

Brittney & Kevin, as I reflect on the images captured on your snowy wedding day, I’m reminded of the undeniable love and warmth that radiated from both of you. It was a privilege to witness and document the start of your journey as a married couple.
