BRIDAL BOUDOIR PHOTOGRAPHY

Boudoir Photography has taken off like wildfire. Insta models are paving the way for the new norm of having images of yourself in intimate settings wearing beautiful fully or next to nothing clothing. It’s no longer a taboo to have such images of yourself. Regular people all over are stepping up to the plate now asking for professional beauty images. Remember the days of glamour shots well, this is nothing like that! Boudoir sessions are taking place in studios, homes, beaches and hotels with glamorous gowns, tee shirts or silk sheets. There is no longer a limit to what a boudoir session is considered now. The only limit is the clients own personal choice.

Boudoir sessions usually leave people feeling accomplished and secure and happy. It’s a huge achievement to step outside your zone and do something a bit edgy that shows your real personality. So will you follow the trend

Things to think about when looking for a photographer. Meet with them in person, feel comfortable with them and their surroundings. Find out their shoot policies and privacy policies prior to signing any contracts. Make sure you have control of where your images will be shown. You may not own the rights to the proofs, but you do have the right to say you don’t want your images shown publiclly. This should be clearly written in a contract that both you and the photographer sign. Understand clearly the cost and after product cost of your session. Photographers range in price levels. Once you have this information work with your photographer to choose outfits and locations. Shoot have fun that’s really what a Boudoir session is all about!
